About this outing
A free family day of storytelling, crafts and object encounters in the Grand Gallery and around the museum, with professional storytellers from the Scottish International Storytelling Festival. Sessions include woodland tales, maritime stories, a museum safari walk and stories about insects.
Saturday 24 October 2026, 10.30am to 4.30pm. Free and drop-in, no booking. Storytelling sessions have limited space: you sign up on the day and places go first come, first served.
