About this outing
Camera Obscura goes Halloween for October. A spook squad dressed as five famous Halloween creatures is hiding across the five floors for children to track down, with costumed characters such as a witch and a mad scientist, themed decorations and projections. The rooftop Camera Obscura show gets 'spooky, not scary' Halloween stories.
Runs daily 10 to 31 October 2026, included in the normal admission ticket. Open 9am to 9.30pm from 10 to 23 October, and 8.30am to 9.30pm from 24 to 31 October. Tickets are valid all day, so you can leave and come back. Booking online in advance is recommended: it often sells out in school holidays.
