About this outing
A six-week baby-friendly knitting course run by Jo at Kin Collective in Leith, where you'll learn the basics and work towards knitting a pixie bonnet for your little one. All wool and materials are included, and the pace is relaxed with plenty of breaks. After each session there's an optional drop-in crafting circle where beginners can practise and more experienced knitters are welcome to bring whatever they're working on.
Advance booking is essential — book via Eventbrite. Entry is via Lochend Road (step-free access, blue door with a bell). There's space to store prams and buggies, an accessible toilet, and baby change on site. A mix of free and paid on-street parking nearby; buses stop at Duke Street, Easter Road, and Leith Walk.
