About this outing
October holiday family activities at the National Museum of Flight. Build a glider with wings shaped like a real aeroplane (drop in any time 10:30–15:30), try popular flying toys from the toy trolley, and watch a 10-minute "How things fly" science show. Held in the Concorde Experience and Jet Age Hangar.
Mon 12 – Fri 16 Oct 2026, 10:30–15:30. Shows at 11:00, 12:00, 13:00 and 14:00 (10 minutes each); flying toy trolley 11:15, 12:15 and 13:15 (30 minutes). Included with museum admission — book a timed ticket online in advance. Free parking, café, indoor and outdoor picnic areas, baby changing.
